We’ve prepared a special FAQ explaining all the details about your refund and the discount code.
When will I receive my refund confirmation?
You will receive a refund confirmation email within the next 7 days. After that, your refund will be processed and a few days later you will receive your money in your bank account.
I ordered more than one product. How do I know which one is out-of-stock?
You will receive a refund confirmation within the next 7 days where you will be able to see which product was refunded.
On which items can I use my discount code?
Your discount code will be valid for all products on the exclusive sale link that we’ve emailed to you. Keep in mind that the discount code is not valid for products on our regular website.
How can I access the exclusive sale link?
You can only access the extended sale by clicking on the link you received on your email. You cannot access it via our homepage.
Until when can I use my discount code?
Your discount code will be available until the 31st of December.
How often can I use my discount code?
Your personal discount code will only be valid once.
The products on the page are not discounted. How do I get my discount?
Add the products you wish to order to the cart, click on ‘View Cart’ and then ‘Proceed to Checkout’. There you will see a field where you can insert the discount code you received on your email.
Can I return the products I bought with this code?
Yes - you have 30 days to return your order after receiving it. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging still attached. Furthermore, items have to be unwashed and with all labels still attached. Return costs are not covered by Daily Paper. You may also return these items at one of our stores.
